Our Condominium has it it all for a private comfy stay for one to two couples or a small family. With a private bedroom that boasts a Queen bed and a living area with a Queen pullout sofa, make yourself at home while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy making a home cooked meal in the fully remodeled kitchen and relax in the company of family and friends with a large living and dining area. If you are looking for a nice beach getaway to clear your mind, this condominium has all you need. Full Kitchen ready to make a homemade meal that everyone can enjoy featuring 4 burner stove top, oven, dishwasher and full refrigerator. Standard Black and Decker Coffee Pot (coffee not included). One Large Towel and One Washcloth included per guest. The Condo is in a building that has a private parking lot. The guest fee per vehicle is $35 per vehicle per stay collected by the building at the time of checkin.
