Kitchenette ready to make a small meal that everyone can enjoy featuring 2 burner stove top, mini fridge, Standard Black and Decker Coffee Pot (coffee not included). One Large Towel and One Washcloth included per guest. The Condo is in a building that has a private parking lot. The guest fee per vehicle is $35 per vehicle per stay collected by the building at the time of check-in.
