Our Condominium has it all for a private comfy stay for one to two couples or a small family. With a private bedroom that boasts a King bed and a living area with a Queen pullout sofa, make yourself at home while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Kitchen is recently remodeled and ready for some home cooking. Walking into the apartment, you are welcomed with the views from the 11th floor balcony, truly a view that can’t be beat! If you are looking for a nice beach getaway to clear your mind, this condominium has all you need. Full Kitchen ready to make a homemade meal that everyone can enjoy featuring 4 burner stove top, oven, dishwasher and full refrigerator. Standard Black and Decker Coffee Pot (coffee not included). One Large Towel and One Washcloth included per guest. The Condo is in a building that has a private parking lot. The guest fee per vehicle is $35 per vehicle per stay collected by the building at the time of check-in.
